Are welded bars considered Passive?

Yes. Our custom welded Titanium bars are passive and fit "stress-free". To date, when our open-tray clinical protocol has been followed, we have never been required to cut and re-weld a bar due to a non-passive fit.

Why is Laser-Assembly better than casting?

Uncontrollable thermal expansion and contraction occurs during every step of casting, which greatly affects fit. We laser-weld in our hands directly on the master cast, which allows us better fit control.

Are laser welds strong?

Laser welds are made with parent metal laser wire (not solder) making the weld joint 95% as strong as the adjacent metal. Our laser welds are strong and guaranteed for life!!
